What Is Sunlight Readable Display Technology?

Sunlight readable display technology is the ideal design for most industrial outdoor applications because they work outdoors in harsh conditions for a long time. Please see the diagram.

Sunlight is much stronger than light used indoors. Traditional display screens struggle to deliver a clear picture in direct sunlight when moving outdoors with the same level of screen's brightness. The display looks dark and faded and shorten its life easily.

Sunlight readable display also referred to as a high brightness display. They feature a higher brightness output or special screen coatings to combat screen glare.
